The initial online consultation fee for this service is non-refundable. A confirmed booking will only be secured once the full payment for the issued invoice is received. If the invoice is not paid within the specified timeframe, the booking will be cancelled.
 

This service is available exclusively within England, UK, and travel fees may apply depending on the distance from our base. To ensure smooth arrangements, please inform us in advance about parking availability or any other logistical considerations that may affect our arrival.
 

We kindly ask that children and pets are not present on the premises while we are attending your property. This ensures a smooth process for the work and prioritizes the health and safety of all involved.
 

The service focuses solely on property cleansing and warding. It does not include exorcisms on individuals or the removal of spirit possessions from people.
 

All information shared during the consultation and the onsite visit is treated with the utmost confidentiality, in full compliance with GDPR. However, we expect respect and cooperation throughout the process. Any disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour at any stage will result in the immediate termination of the session, and no refund will be issued.
 

While our cleansing and warding are performed with precision and expertise, maintaining the property’s energy will require your active participation. We will provide tools, advice, and guidance to support you in this aftercare process.
 

In some rare cases, infestations may potentially return due to factors beyond our control. Should this occur, more than one active cleansing and warding may be necessary to fully address the situation.
