By booking an online consultation with Aaron and/or Vaelia, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a respectful, professional, and legally sound experience for everyone involved.

The consultation fee must be paid in full before your booking is confirmed. Payments are non-refundable unless the consultation is cancelled by Aaron and/or Vaelia due to unforeseen circumstances. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and your slot will only be secured once payment is received.

Each consultation lasts for one hour. If the session exceeds this time, additional fees will apply. For overruns of up to 30 minutes, a prorated fee will be charged. If the overrun exceeds 30 minutes, the fee for a full additional hour will apply. Any extension of time must be agreed upon by all parties before proceeding.

Consultations are conducted online via audio call. The content of these sessions is strictly confidential, and neither party may share or disclose any part of the consultation to a third party without prior written consent. By booking, you agree to uphold the privacy and confidentiality of Aaron and Vaelia, who also commit to respecting your confidentiality.

Mutual respect is essential during the consultation. Any form of rudeness, verbal abuse, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. If such behaviour occurs, the consultation may be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued. The full consultation fee will still apply, and Aaron and Vaelia reserve the right to refuse future bookings to individuals who breach this policy.

You can request to reschedule your consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be accommodated. If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

The guidance provided during consultations is based on spiritual and personal insight and is intended for informational and spiritual purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or psychological fields. Any actions you take after the consultation are your sole responsibility, and Aaron and Vaelia cannot be held liable for any outcomes resulting from their advice.

In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, technical difficulties, or emergencies that prevent Aaron or Vaelia from conducting the consultation, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

This service is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. Payments are processed securely, and your payment details will not be shared with any third party.
