Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Ancient Covenant of Magick. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returning your items.

For shipping, we offer different methods to suit your needs. During checkout, you’ll see the available options along with the costs. Once you place your order, it usually takes 3-7 business days to process after payment is confirmed. Some items might need a little extra time to prepare.

Shipping times depend on the method you choose and where the package is going. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on its progress.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, reach out to us at support@theancientcovenantofmagick.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Make sure to write the RA number clearly on the package before sending it back to the address we provide.

Returned items need to be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that software and downloadable products cannot be returned. If the return isn’t due to a mistake on our end, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items. Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable.
